BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

On Saturday we celebrated the birthday of our baby, it's not quite a baby, turned 3 years and was a special day for her, as it should.

I gave myself the task of making the birthday cake with a little help, I did the best I could with the cake for my daughter, keep in mind that I'm not a pastry chef making it an even bigger challenge.

Finally decorate this cake was very simple, filled with dulce de leche and fondant and decorated with flowers.

I am very happy and proud because she was delighted with the cake and although I wanted to make the decoration of the Beauty and the Beast, at least in its day she saw the love and the great effort to make her feel special.

I love you my beautiful Nathalie, this is a bit of how much you mean to me.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

-You check the nutritional information before you buy the food?
-How much fat and calories are in the products you buy every day?

These are some questions that even I did every day, until I learned that what I wanted to know is found in the nutritional information on the back of each box or package.

This table shows the total content of calories and fat per serving and what is even more important tell us the exact amount to consume.

We must educate in this area, to maintain a healthy and balanced diet, especially if you are watching your weight.

I advise you to look in the pantry and review the products and their nutritional information to be more aware of what you buy and consume.

Remember do not buy to buy, you just have to learn how to eat better.
